As you know this year cut-off for neet rose like hell due to easy question paper as compared to previous years papers and also seats where not increased that much. All this cause huge depression in many NEET aspirants. So you can see it is very diificult to suggest anything

Veterinary 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT Counselling on the basis of NEET UG score & rest of seats in Veterinary colleges admission is through state level Entrance Exam. The criteria can varies state to state.

You have scored good. This score would marginally be enough for admissions in veterinary colleges. But, as it is 350+,there are high hopes for you to get a seat you desire. Still i would suggest you to keep in mind other courses too. Like BDS or others.

As per rules 15% if all seats are reserved by neet 

And rest 85 by state exam so yes you can score a veterinary seat in Maharashtra via MHT-CET
