Generally for getting a government college for veterinary branch, the cutoff varies for sc,st,obc etc
Also for you to be on a safer side you must have marks 350+ .

With the rankings you have mentioned, it is impossible for anyone to get a seat in government veterinary college of the state. A seat in veterinary colleges would require a ranking within 8k. Even reservations can get a seat only if the ranking is within 10k.
