If your query is about Andhra Polytechnic College, it does not offer Aquaculture and Veterinary courses.

The following courses are offered by the college

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering II Shift

The cut off to get a seat in veterinary college for an unreserved student depends on the state of domicile and choice of college.

Last year rank for veterinary course in EAMCET was below 9k in AU region and below 7k in OU region and in Avu area it is 4-5k for bce category.

Yes you can get the seat in above mentioned courses in your state as well as in the other state. Now the BDS course in rajasthan had the cutoff marks for the previous year in the govt. dental college were 519 with the rank 15110 for the OBC reservation. So
