Sir , How many marks I have to score in NEET to get veterinary seat ? Can u pls guide me which books I have to prefer

Naman Modi 29th Dec, 2018
Hello Tejaswini.

For a vet seat through neet, you need a minimum of 470 marks.

Although for state PVTs this cutoff can come a bit low depending upon your state.

I will suggest you the books which I referred during my preparation -

Physics - Solve coaching modules and text book questions of NCERT. You can also solve USS if you hve time.

Chemistry - Organic - DK Singh
Physical and Inorganic - USS
Also refer NCERT very thoroughly and try to solve coaching modules.

Biology - NCERT is the key.
You can also solve USS, MTG and Coaching modules.
That would be enough.

I hope this helps.

Marks required for veterinary sciences

Nivedita Sharma 20th Dec, 2018

hey

BvSc admissions are done through NEET

you don’t need a very high score in Neet for veterinary but for a good college 300-400 is a good score

rest all depends on the cut off because it varies every year .

I have got 95.34 percentile in jee main 12 Jan exam .Can I get addmission in Nit Trichy. Also I am a P.W.D candiadate.

ruchika.chauhan Expert 28th Jan, 2019

Hello

According to your percentile score, your expected rank would be around 49,831 - 57,331.
It should be noted that  the Overall Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1150000 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session.

Also, according to your score, chances would be less for admission to NIT Trichy, you might have the chances of admission in any other Engineering Colleges.

Good Luck!
