No as the cutoff for VIT Pune is high and for CSE branch would be quite tough. Cutoff varies every year which is based upon several factors. If you were from a reserved category then with the score you could had easily got the mentioned college. But with regard to your category you need to score better marks.

It is very difficult for you to get cse branch on the basis of your percentile and rank and category. You can get through management quota. You should try to apply for state counselling of your specific state as 85% seats are reserved for state students.

At this rank it is quite difficult to get PICT Pune and VIT Pune. PICT Pune has admission criteria through Maharashtra CET and JEE mains. Only 15% seats are filled through JEE Mains, so competition is very high. According to the previous years Cutoff, I am sorry to say that with 84 percentile in JEE Mains or OBC rank of 56,007, you will not get any seat in PICT Pune. And at this rank you have less chance to get VIT Pune. In VIT Pune you can get only some branch like Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering etc. No worries there are some other good colleges that you may get at this rank.

Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state.
