According to your VITEEE Rank it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch in main campus. Your rank doesn't fall in the previous year's cut-off range of Computer Science Engineering in that Campus. The cut-offs depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, category, branches etc.
But you have less chances of getting Computer Science Engineering branch with that Rank. You might try in Amaravati Campus and Bhopal Campus. May be in Round 2 or 3 you might get but chances are very less. For your Rank you have chances of getting Non-IT branches like Production and Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering etc branches.

As you have mentioned that you have got 7k rank, so you can be rest assured you will get computer science branch in main campus . You have good chances to get computer science in category 1 too but we are not aware of the dynamics for the current scenario like how much is the competition and how many students are applying for the counselling or the number of candidates giving the examination.
Vit doesn't release any cut off since 3-4 years. But you will definitely get cse in a worst case scenario in category 2.
As you have mentioned that you have got 26k rank in viteee 2021 and you want to know whether you will get computer science branch or not, so I would like to tell you that it is a bit difficult for you to get computer science branch in category 1 and category 2 but you have good chances in category 3.
But yes the fees would be high for this category and would be around 20L-21L.But you can choose electronics or ece branch in category 2.

Please keep in mind that several factors determine the cutoff every year. Also, the cutoff varies as per the course, campus, and category. Some of the factors that affect the cutoff trends are:
The difficulty level of the exam
Total Number of candidates who appeared for the exam
Previous Year Cut-off
and
The Total number of seats available.
Moreover, as per your rank, there is a good chance of getting into:
CSE in VIT Chennai
EEE, EIE in VIT Vellore
ECE in VIT Vellore

Category 4 - 3,68,000/- per year
