First of all, congrats on successfully completing your VITEEE exam. As we know that VIT doesnt release its cut-off's officially every year, we can just predict it by previous year cutoff's. When it comes to Vellore campus, I dont think any branch would be available for your rank.
But don't lose hope mate. Cut-off's vary every year, it depends on various factors such as the number of students writing the exam, number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, etc. So just try to participate in their counselling process.
You can try for their other two campuses, Amravati and Bhopal. You can get a seat in these 2 campuses easily as they are recently opened.

Based on your VITEEE 2021 Rank you can only get Non-IT branches atleast in round 2 or round 3 based on previous year's cut-offs through category 4.
The cut-off vary from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, category, etc. They may vary from year to year. If you want you can try category 5 where you need to pay 2.5 Lakhs extra per year for better branch.

This is very difficult to make prediction regarding which branches you can get because cut off /closing rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like n umber of students that appeared in the VITEEE exam, toughness or difficulty level of the VITEEE examination , number of available f seats for different branches etc.

With your 27572 rank , you have good chances of getting into VIT vellore for following branches which are listed below along with their past year cut off ( 2016)
