No, there is no way you can get admissions at Vellore institute of technology through your jee main scores. All the admissions for  engineering courses are done on on the basis of rank secured in VITEEE which work conducted in May and counseling for the same is going

The VITEEE 2021 paper was comparatively easier in some ways. Questions from inorganic chemistry were asked a lot. Questions in maths were lengthy and bit difficult as time could be less. Numerical were asked in physics could be solve if you could remember the formula as many were formula based.

Well that is a very low score. But you must have received your rank in the VITEEE exam. Getting a seat in any of the stream with such a low score seems near to impossible. This year they might call students upto the rank of 20000 for counseling process.
