Hello Aspirant,
Yes it is compulsory. Either laptop or desktop PC with web camera either embedded in it or should be fitted separately for Remote proctored exam of VITEEE 2021 because you will be monitored by the invigilators from camera of your PC along with the camera of your smart phone because according to the guidelines released for VITEEE 2021 the candidate should have primary device as Laptop or desktop PC and secondary device should be either smartphone/tablet. They will be invigilating you and your environment with both the devices so make sure to keep your environment protected and silent otherwise if there would be any disturbance in your environment then it might lead to your disqualification.
This is the first time when VITEEE 2021 is going to be conducted in online proctored mode so according to the guidelines released by them few days back regarding the remote proctored mode,
So you should arrange both the devices before VITEEE 2021 and you can also attempt mock examination which will give you clarity of the way in which exam will be conducted on exam day. So it is much recommended to attempt the mock exam before the real examination.
Specifications for both the devices are mentioned in their notification which you can check out from the link given below :-

Hello dear aspirant
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 26,000, you cannot get CSE, ECE or IT seats in Vellore in any fee category. You can try applying for EEE, Mechanical branches at Chennai campus. Whereas, you can secure a CS, ECE or any other seat in their Amravati (AP) and Bhopal campuses in first category itself as these are recently established.
VIT AP and VIT Bhopal offer many specialisations in CSE branch such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security and Digital forensics, Gaming Technology, Health Informatics, Networking and Security, Data Analytics, Robotics, Business Systems. These courses are future ready and have high placement opportunities. You can opt for the one you like from these specialisations.

Yes, with a Rank of 32200 in VITEEE, you have fair chances of securing Aerospace Engineering at VIT Bhopal. However, you might have better options at this rank at VIT Chennai and Vellore by Category 1 and 2, having better career scope and placements.

Hello aspirant,
You might not get into CSE in VIT Vellore or Chennai. However, there are other branches that you are eligible for at these campuses: Civil Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering,
However, you might get CSE in VIT Bhopal probably in Category 1 or 2. The cut-offs vary every year, so I cannot exact a category as of now.
Talking about the fee structure of VIT Bhopal. It is around 2 lacs per annum for Category 1 and will increase if you are allotted category 2. It will probably be around 2.5-3.0 lacs per annum.
