Yes, you have good chances of getting B. Tech  Computer Science Engineering in Vellore Institute of Technology based on previous year's cut-offs. As your Rank falls under previous year's cut-off ranks. For you Computer Science Engineering Specialization in Information Security would be better and even you have good chances of getting this branch also. The cut-offs varies from campus to campus and branch to branch. The cut-offs will depend on factors like number of students appeared, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.

With 95000 Rank in VITEEE, I dont believe youll secure CSE at VIT Chennai at any of the Earlier Categories. You still may have extremely low chances of securing CSE/ECE at VIT Chennai in Category 3/4/5, however ending up paying a much higher tuition fee. You may even try for ECE/IT/EE/MECH under Category 2-4 at VIT Vellore, in that case. Perhaps CSE at VIT Bhopal, under Category 1 or 2 seems a much better option, with a lower tuition, good faculty, modern infrastructure and somewhat at par placements.

It is difficult to predict the score to secure a rank within 50 because rank depends on various factors like total number of candidates appeared, highest score, lowest score, tie breakers etc. VITEEE 2021 is conducted for 80 marks. There will be 80 questions. Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark. There is no negative marking. You should aim to score minimum 70- 75 marks or above in VITEEE 2021 to secure top 50 rank. This is a predicted score the actual rank may vary depending on the above mentioned factors.

I hope you are doing good .  I am very sorry to inform you that at 60000 rank ,their is no chance of getting admission in any branch in both campuses of vit vellore and chennai . From past years, due to increasing number fo application forms cutt off goes very high from 2-3 years , for getting branches like cse,IT,ece you rank should be below 15k to secure a seat

Yes, as long as you choose between ECE and CSE, Chennai Campus is equally good like Vellore, when compared on basis of faculty, infrastructure or placements. Perhaps being located near IT and Corporate Hubs of Chennai, provide huge scope and impetus to training and placements at VIT Chennai Campus.
