According to your VITEEE 2021 Rank you can only get Non-IT branches atleast in round 2 or round 3 based on previous year's cut-offs through category 4. They may vary from year to year. If you want you can try category 5 where you need to pay 2.5 Lakhs extra per year for better branch.

Civil Engineering (Vellore Campus)

BioMedical Engineering (Vellore Campus)

Production and Industrial Engineering (Vellore Campus)

Mechanical, Civil, Fashion Technology, Electronics and Computer Engineering (Chennai Campus)

But don't lose hope. Participate in the counselling process. Cut-off's happen to change every year. It depends on a variety of factors such as number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, available seats, etc.

As you have mentioned that you have got 30k rank in viteee 2021 ,so you should be able to get cse as per my knowledge but of course you would not get it in first 3 categories.

You will get cse branch in category 4 possible. See in category 4 the fees is high and it would cost you around 20-22L in course of 4 years in total including your travel expenses. So,if you can afford it then go for it but if not then you can take electronics or ece branch as that would be good for you .

Your VITEEE 2021 rank is too high. You might not get good branches or IT branches in VIT Andhra Pradesh campus or VIT Bhopal Campus by considering previous year's cut-offs. Cutoffs vary from year to year and Campus to Campus depends on many factors.

But in category 4 or 5 you might get Mechanical Engineering, Bio Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal and Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Vellore Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh based on previous year's cut-offs.

Your rank is very high dear. So getting chance for admission in VIT Vellore or Chennai is very less. But you will get admission in this rank VIT Amravati or VIT Bhopal surely. So I'll provide you this college fees here .

For VIT Amravati college fees 1,98,000 for first year BTech department. And VIT Bhopal fees for first year BTech department is 1,76,000.

As you have mentioned that you have  got 41k in viteee exam  and you want to know whether you can get computer science branch or not.

So, in this rank it is a bit difficult to get cse branch in first four categories but you may have chances in category 5 but the cost would be too high and that is equal to 28L for four years.

But it may vary because every year the dynamics changes because the number of candidates applying for the vit changes and the rate at which the seats gets filled also depends upon the candidates.
