VIT Engineering Entrance Exam
Hello aspirant,
For your VITEEE 2021 Rank it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch. Your rank doesn't fall in the previous year's cut-off range of Computer Science Engineering. But you have chances of getting it may be in Round 2 or Round 3. The cutoffs varies from year to year and branch to branch and campus to campus.
The cut-offs depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, category, branches etc.

Good Luck!!
Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that you have got 52k in viteee ,so you can't cse in main campus but you may have a hope for category 5 but the fees is just huge. The four year total fees would be approximately 28L. But you can get information technology and electronics but still you may get this in category 3 or category 4. This is in vit vellore main campus.
In vit chennai , you can get electronics in category 2 also and cse in category 3.
I would recommend that the other two branches of vit vellore are not very great so I think you should go for the other two.
As you mentioned that you have got 30k rank in viteee 2021 ,see vit does not disclose any cut offs from last 3-4 years so nobody can't really predict about the dynamics. It depends upon certain factors like number of candidates opting for a particular branch, number of seats available for a particular branch. Every year vit increases its seat strength. In short you can also say that no body knows what is the actual seat matrix of vit as there are enormous amount of students there.
But as I have given viteee in 2019 so,as per my knowledge you can't get cse at category 1 in vit vellore but you can hope so to get in category 3. In vit chennai too it's a neck to neck case ,more chances are in category 2.
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well

See to be honest if you are going for core branches in these kind of private colleges like vit vellore, srm University, manipal University , I don't think it's a wise choice because the ROI factor of these colleges are very bad. If you are spending atleast 14-15 L in course of 4 years(considering you would get admitted in 1st category), you will end up getting salaries upto 3.5L or maybe 5L which is a very bad return.
But as per your question for civil engineering , rank under 50k is more than enough in vit vellore for category 1.
