You can borrow a laptop with in-built web camera from your neighbours, friends or relatives for one day and return it again. If this doesn't work you can order a web cam online from any e-commerce website of your choice. It is better to order it early because there might be a delay in delivery due to limited staff during the this time of uncertainty. You need to have a web cam for Remote Proctored Exam because you have to switch off microphone and web cam during the exam else your exam will not be evaluated. We would suggest you to arrange the required things before the exam so that there will not be any hurry in the last minute and disappointments.

VITEEE is Vellore Institute of Technology entrance examination. There are so many students are applying for this minimum number of seats. Full marks VITEEE is 125. So you have to score minimum 95+ or 100. Then you have to chance to get VIT Vellore branch in CSE. And your 12th PCM marks also above 65%. Then you will get easily admission there.
All the best.
Hi Aspirant,
For CSE branch the last cutoff rank was around 8000 in VITEEE in first to second rounds.IF you can score above 113 then there is a good chance that you can get admission with CSE branch. It is little bit hard cause there is too much competition for getting seats in CSE for VIT college. You need to study hard in order to get a seat there.
Hope it helps!!
