See, NEET is lot more tougher than VITEEE so one thing you must be sure of his that you have to give more time to NEET preparation than VITEEE.
In NEET you need to study Biology and Physics,Chemistry is also a lot different of NEET on comparison to VITEEE.

Don't panic! The syllabus of VITEEE is solely based on your 11 and 12 syllabus. Revise the NCERT Textbooks thoroughly. Along with this you can take help from other books like Concepts of Physics by HC Verma, OP Tandon and JD Lee for Chemistry, SL Loney for Trigonometry, RD Sharma
