What is the fees for VIT Vellore if I am a CBSE Student from Dubai, but cleared VITEEE with rank under 10000 Do I still have to pay the NRI Fees or some reduction is there? Please reply ASAP.

Yes you definitely can appear in the entrance exams in 2021 but you should make sure that if you want to reappear in 2022 you do not cross the upper age limit for the exams.

While it is mandatory for students to be personally present for the VITEEE counselling , they must take permission from the university for their parents to be authorized to attend it on their behalf. It is the universitys discretion to allow or disallow.
