I understand that you are interested in the previous question papers of the VITMEE Mechanical entrance examination but there aren't any legitimate links that have been accredited by VIT university authorities as of yet so I would suggest you that for preparation for the entrance examination, you first learn about the syllabus of the same and then start preparing for it in a smart and intelligent way. Initially, clear your basics and make sure to learn the essentials then cover questions topic wise and practice them thoroughly.

As your VITMEE rank is 2010 and you want to get VLSI for M.tech in VIT Vellore, there is a chance of you getting it. But as your rank is a bit high so you may not get it in 1st round or second,  you may have to wait for the spot round or wait list to get the seat in VLSI. So I would suggest you keep a track on the number of vacant seat available after each round and make plan accordingly

First of all congratulations for securing such a good rank in VIT Examination. Yes you can surely get admission for CSE course in VIT Main campus. But it totally depends on the number of applicants for the same course having better rank than you. But normally you will get a seat as most of the students apply to other collColldue to which the seats are left.

No, you can't get into VIT for MCA with rank 1291.

Your rank should be around 500 to get admission in Vellore VIT for MCA.

But it also depends on the preference of other candidates selection of campus.

You can not give entrance examination from the Gurgaon for the VITMEE. To give the Entrance exam you need to choose a centre one of these Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Pune, Vellore, VijayawadaIndore.

But, you can give for BITSAT because Gurgaon is the one of the city where entrance exam is conducted.

With this rank, you have a futile chance of getting MCA in VIT Vellore through VITMEE.

Since its cutoff varies from year to year. According to the previous year analysis, the cutoff will be around 1200-1300 for MCA.
