which one is better IT in vasavi and IT in vnr

darshita 28th Oct, 2020

Hello,

Vasavi  College of engineering is a self financed institution.

The college placement is very good the highest package offered is 21 lakh.

There is no hostel facilities available.

Both digital and normal libraries is available . Though the infrastructure is not very good the teaching staff is very experienced . There is no WiFi networks available too.

It is affiliated to osmania university.

VNR college is also a private , autonomous institute. They gave all facilities from digital classes to digital libraries.

About 80% students are placed in tech companies.

Also the canteen and staff , teaching faculty is amazing.

So VNR college is best among the two.

Hope this helps!!

which one is better IT in vnr Or cse in sreenidhi

Aadarsh Gupta 21st Oct, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

CSE and IT are quite closely related branches. So what you should consider is the value that is added to your Engineering vnr does have a brand name, campus is also good. The placements and internships are well off.

>If you need high figures of academic ‘percentage’, go to sreenidhi
If you need higher chances of success ‘percentage’, go to VNR.
May seem ridiculous but it’s true.

->Great things I observed from SNIST are
1. No caste partuality like in our VNR &
2. It’s transparency in judgement of events during their technical fests

->Now-a-days, I prefer Vardhaman over Sreenidhi
VNR is anyways a couple of steps ahead of them.

Hope this helps you.

All the best for your future

Which one should I opt? CSE at MUJ or CSE at VNR VJIET, Hyderabad?

Anirudh Bukka 17th Dec, 2020

If you are aware of both the colleges but just want others' opinion, then OBVIOUSLY VNR VJIET is better.

If you observe, it is obvious that VNR VJIET has the better set of people joining as TS EAMCET is almost EQUALLY COMPETETIVE AS MAINS - Half of this countries mains and advanced rankers are from TELANGANA right, and eamcet top 2k rankers only get admission to CSE In VNR VJIET.

I got allotted IT in VNR VJIET and Data Science in MUJ and I CHOSE VNR VJIET - because:

1.  VNR VJIET is a 25 year old college with one of the best curriculum that has well integrated industrial experience opportunities for all students.

2. Median salary that you find in many websites actually includes AE, Civil, Mech, Chem. BUT, we need only cse right, and CSE median salary is WELL OVER 8 L.pa.

3. Coming to MUJ, the selection isn't clear - donations are accepted (couple of my friends got like that), though mains is another way to admission, the bright students aren't the ones joining.             VNR VJIET takes in students who are sponsored by NRIs who are directly related - but this also has mains and eamcet criteria and rankers are picked - NRI isn't donation.

4. VNR VJIET being in Hyderabad is the main reason this college has good placements coming in - Hyderabad has all of the world's top companies set up their offices and it's just increasing now.         God knows which companies recruit from MUJ.

5. Now about higher studies - I THINK vnr vjiet has better name in other countries as all the professors here have a good network with colleges abroad and many professors of  even first year are PhD holders from TOP IITs or IIIT Hyderabad. I don't think this is the same scenario with MUJ.

difference between surface and ground water? describe the factor responsible for degradation of water.

Richa Gautam 21st Mar, 2020

Surface water is just what the name implies; it is water found in a river, lake or other surface cavity. This water is usually not very high in mineral content, and is often called “soft water” even though it is probably not. Surface water is exposed to many different contaminants, such as animal wastes, pesticides, insecticides, industrial wastes, algae and many other organic materials. Even surface water found in what seems like pristine mountain streams can be contaminated by wild animal waste, dead animals upstream or other decay.

Groundwater is water contained in or by a subsurface layer of soil or rock. There are many sources recharging the supply of groundwater, including rain that soaks into the ground, rivers that disappear underground and melting snow. Because of the many sources of recharge, groundwater may contain any or all of the contaminants found in surface water as well as the dissolved minerals it picks up underground.

Various Causes of Water Pollution

  • Industrial waste. ...
  • Sewage and wastewater. ...
  • Mining activities. ...
  • Marine dumping. ...
  • Accidental oil leakage. ...
  • The burning of fossil fuels. ...
  • Chemical fertilizers and pesticides. ...
  • Leakage from sewer lines.
