Hello aspirant,
Well between a NIT and a private engineering college, it is better to join a NIT since it is government college and the fees is also less compared to a private engineering college. Still below I have provided the required details about both the colleges -
NIT Patna :
VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad :
Now according to me both the colleges are good in terms of infrastructure, faculty, recognition, placements, facilities etc. I would suggest that if you have interest for mechanical engineering, then NIT Patna is there or else for IT go for VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology. Now since VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology is a old college it has more experience than NIT Patna and also it is a private college so lots of facilities are avilable in the campus. Ultimately its totally upto you which college you will go to.
You can also go through the below mentioned links and checkout the details of both the colleges -
Good Luck !!!
Hi
The major difference between both these field is thatCSE(Computer science engineers) are involved in many aspects of computing, from the design of individual microprocessors, personal computers and supercomputers to circuit designing and writing software that powers them. Whereas ,IT(Information Technology) deals with the use of electronic computers and computer software to store, protect process, transmit and securely retrieve data. IT professionals perform a variety of tasks that range from installing applications to designing complex computer networks and information databases. The major difference between both these field is that IT deals with the application of computing technology to real life processes, while, Computer Science deals with the science that facilitates these applications. To make it short and simple, Computer Science is the creation of software and hardware by using different programming skills. On the other hand, IT is just the selection of the proper software or hardware for the task.Difference in course and core areas:CSE: Computer Science engineering students study about design, implementation, and management of information system of both software and hardware processes. Students pursuing computer science study: Algorithms and Data Structure, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Database and Information Retrieval, Human-Computer Communication, Numerical and Symbolic Computation, Operating Systems, Programming Languages and Software Methodology and Engineering.IT: Information Technology deals with installation, development and implementation of computer systems and applications. Under this stream, students learn the following: Data Structures and Algorithms, Microprocessors and Interfacing, Computer Communication and Networking, Database Systems, Internet Technologies and Applications, Software Engineering etc.Hope the answer is helpful. All the best

Hi Candidate,
Both VNR Vignan Jyothi and Sreenidhi are top colleges in Telanagana. But I suggest you to prefer Sreenidhi institute of technology over the other. VNR vignan Jyoti is affiliated to JNTU and Sreenidhi is an autonomous institution. As Sreenidhi is autonomous there are more oppurtunities for students to get better placements and internship opputunities . Thus I would prefer you to select Sreenidhi institute of technology. All the best
Hello aspirant, seems that you are in the greatest confusion in selection of college and here we declare the two colleges in your option list are too good you can blindly go into the college s, the only thing you have to decide is to take IT or CSE.., the major difference between both these fields is that IT deals with the computing technology to real life processes, while , computer sceince deals with the science that facilitates these applications. On the other hand, It is just the selection of the proper software or hardware of the task..., so please check your mode of interest towards them and choose the right path that is apt for you , all the best for your future.
