See if you have been allotted a seat in NEET UG AIQ counselling and you do not join it and take an exit then you will be eligible for further rounds of state quota counselling of West Bengal. But note that once you join the allotted seat in any of the counselling either that is of All India or it is of state quota, then you will become ineligible for all further rounds of all NEET UG counselling.
So if you want to appear for further rounds of counselling of then you should not join the allotted seat so that you can take part in another counselling.

Yes, you can select those colleges in the second round but there are chances that the many seats are already filled. So you will have less chance to get into those colleges. Online choice filling and locking for second round counselling is from February 17 to 18, 2022. Department of Health & Family Welfare (DHFW), Kolkata, is the authority responsible for conducting West Bengal NEET counselling. West Bengal NEET 2021 counselling dates have been announced at wbmcc.nic.in/UG. The authorities will conduct West Bengal NEET counselling 2021 in online mode. The West Bengal NEET MBBS counselling will be conducted in two rounds if there are still seats left then the authority will conduct an extra mop-up round.
