Hello aspirant,
I want to inform you that you need not to worry about that if there is any bond required that will be given by the college to you when you will go there for fees payment and for doing other formalities after allotment.
Don't worry about that much. Just follow the process and complete the all process timely.
Now talking about your rank and marks Yes, you will be getting government BHMS college at this rank without any doubt.
Hopefully i have cleared your doubt.
Hi
No you cannot use OBC NCL certificate of West Bengal for 85% state quota counselling in Karnataka.
This is because,
OBC NCL state certificate of West Bengal is valid in West Bengal only and not valid Maharashtra or any other state.
So ,for obc ncl reservation in 85% state quota counselling in Maharashtra, you need to get OBC NCL certificate of Maharashtra
While,
For all India counselling,
To avail obc ncl reservation,
You should be in the central list of obc ncl
Central list :
http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
And your obc ncl certificate should be as per obc ncl proforma prescribed by NTA and it should be issued by any of the competent authorities provided below:
---) District Magistrate or Additional Magistrate or Ist Class Stipendiary Magistrate or sub-Divisional Magistrate or Taluka Magistrate or Executive Magistrate
----)Extra Assistant Commissioner (not below the rank of 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate.)
----) Chief Presidency Magistrate or Additional Chief presidency Magistrate or Presidency magistrate.
----)Revenue Officer ( not below the rank of Tehsildar )
----) Sub-Divisional Officer of your area
You can get obc ncl proforma on page number 102 of neet 2021 information brochure .
Neet information brochure 2021 :- https://ntaneet.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile?FileId=2&LangId=P
Having completed 10+2 from Maharashtra and also have domicile of Maharashtra so you are eligible for Maharashtra 85% state counselling but won't be able to avail OBC NCL reservation with the help of West Bengal OBC NCL certificate so you will have to participate as a General category in Maharashtra state counselling

Hey,
Eligibility criteria :
Requirement documents :
Note: keep the scanned copy of the required documents ready for applying.
Hope this helps you.
Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital is a private affiliated medical college under West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata . The fees system for the private college aren't fixed by the government. So the charges by the private institutes are entirely based on there management directions. So if the institute is asking semesterwise fees, you have to pay it as its there policy. Most of the private medical colleges take the fees annually but its actually the same. If you pay 20 lacs annually then its equivalent to 10lacs per semester. So actually nothing is different among this private colleges, but the difference is in the mode of accepting the fees.
