Hi
It's quite difficult to predict as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
********* number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
********* kind of marks obtained by them ,
********* toughness level of the examination
********* the category you belong
********* number of seats available etc.
But when we go through previous year trends then,
In neet 2020 , 452 marks for sc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a govt college under west Bengal state quota and it was for Coochbehar Government Medical College and Hospital, Coochbehar

Hello,
----- With details you have provided it would be very difficult for you to get Government Medical College for MBBS through All India Quota, AIQ Counseling as Cut off for Colleges through AIQ Counseling is very high compared to State counseling.
------ Going by the previous year data for All India Quota, AIQ Counseling last candidate to get MBBS seat in Government Medical College was in ZORAM MEDICAL COLLEGE Falkawn with All India Rank 15023

------ If we go by the aforementioned data, then your chances of getting Government Medical College for MBBS is quite low.

A ccording to previous year data for State counseling for West Bengal, last candidate from OBC Category to get MBBS seat in a Government Medical College was in Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Murshidabad with All India rank 43485 and 558 marks.
cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
I hope you find the answer helpful.

Hello aspirant,
It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
*Difficulty level of NEET UG exam
*Number of students appeared in NEET UG exam
*Category of the student
*Number of seats available
You have less chances of getting Government seat for your NEET UG score, based on previous year's cut-offs. You have chances of getting Government dental seat in West Bengal.

Hello candidate
Domicile eligible depends on the following criteria.
The applicant's parents have to be a permanent resident of the State, or the applicant has to reside in the State for 3 or more years. The applicant should be in government service and should be able to transfer his/her job when needed. Your caste or category certificate is very much valid in Maharashtra as it was valid in West Bengal. Your selection under All india quota depends on the following two principles. Your caste certificate and your domicile certificate. You have been living in Maharashtra since childhood and so you are eligible for a domicile certificate.
I am arranging the names of government colleges in West Bengal as per previous year cut off. The choice filling can be as follows as their cut off was below 580 for state quota candidates-
1. Malda Medical College and Hospital
2. Rampurhat Medical College
3. Raiganj Medical College
4. Purulia Medical College (Deben Mahata Medical College and Hospital)
