1. NEET Admit card
2. Neet score card
3. Domicile certificate (A1, A2, B)

5. Caste certificate as applicable
6. Payment of counseling

This is because,

OBC NCL state certificate of West Bengal is valid in West Bengal only and not valid Maharashtra or any other state.
