Normally you do not need to provide the migration certificate during online enrollment. Its only during slot selection, that your actual enrolment will happen and you need to provide all the necessary documents.

Yes you have to go to the college and report to the college for accepting the seat. You will have to take the required documents like the allotment letter and all other documents to the college submit them there only then the seat in the college will be registered
