Yes,studentsfrom anystateof India are very much eligible togive WBJEEand get admission in various engineering colleges..
Also through WBJEE other state students are not eligible for government colleges. But since jadavpur University is not a government Institution, so other state students can take admission here.

Are you joking? JEE mains, advanced, wbjee all exams are connected in whole India some even in Dubai, US, Singapore. Looks like you have some misinformation.

U can give exams of all states but for example if u gave wbjee then there is 10% seats in West Bengal Gov.Engineering colleges

Yes, you will surely get into your desired stream if you are under 100 in WBJEE.Outside state students are not eligible 4 government colleges but Jadavpur University is not a government college but its a university. So other states students can get into JU if they score well in
