wbjee me govt college sirf WB walo Ko milta hai ya up walo Ko bhi milta hai

Yes other state students are eligible for writing WBJEE. But you cannot get into GOVERNMENT colleges, through Wbjee. But you can get into other renowned institutes for sure through the WBJEE. Some famous universities like Jadhavpur University are open to you.

You can appear for All India Counselling to be eligible for 15% seats of Government Medical Colleges of West Bengal. But you cannot participate in their State Counselling if you do not have West Bengal Domicile. There are All India Counselling and State Counselling. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State.
