With the rank that you have achieved you can not get any government college in West Bengal. Your rank is a bit low. However you can try for other private engineering colleges which you have qualified for. You can check out the cutoff of the wbjee here

ISince you are talking about AOT I can tell you that AOT is a reputed collage in West Bengal and it accepts a very low rank in WBJEE.

To get CSE in AOT you need to have a rank of around 10000. Some depertments of AOT like Mechaical and Instrumentational

You can get any stream in Jadavpur, except these:

1.Computer Science and Engineering

2.Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Electrical had a closing rank of 1689 last year, so hopefully you can get that too. Rest of the branches are open for you to take admission in.
