Don't get demoralised for this rank. One with 46K rank should apply for counselling as because there ar more than 36K seats excluding the ones under management quota and many students don't accept a seat through counselling. So, the one with 46K rank will surely get a college.

Dear aspirant, your rank is not good enough to get a seat in government engineering collegs. You can take admission in private colleges like techno India, iem, uem, heritage college. If you want you can go to better private collegs like vit, kit giving entrance exams.
