As per the previous years cutoff you have great chances of getting admission in Heritage and Iem which are top private collegs

But getting CSE would be very tough in these colleges.

You can get CSE branch in Haldia,techno India,etc.

You can check previous years cutoff to get better

Hello,

While filling choices for counselling you should apply for tfw option.

When visiting the alloted centre you have to show them tfw certificate for verification that states your family annual income.

If you show them proper documents then you have chances of getting the benefits.

With 10000 rank getting a government college will be difficult for you. But you may get the top private engineering colleges.
Institute of Engineering and Management  (IEM )-You may get the civil and electrical departments.
Heritage Institute of Technology -You may get mechanical, civil,electrical, biotechnology and ECE department.
