You need to check previous years' closing ranks inorder to ensure that you can get any seat in a government college of your preferred branch, i.e., ECE. Accordingly, you can get the following colleges for ECE-

dear aspirant your rank is good enough to get a government engineering college. why should you go for gcect. you will not get cse but you can get electrical and mechanical with this rank in jalpaiguri government engineering college.in the mop up and decentaralised round.

If we go by last year cutoffs, if you sit for the final round of counselling you might be able to get a seat in Jadavpur University.

hello your rank is not good enough to get a decent government engineering college. you may get all the lower government engineering colleges like abacus college of engg. and managment,  engineering college of leather tech. etc. it is better to take admission in private colleges like iem, uem , techno,

your rank is good enough to get a good government colleges with a better stream than agriculture. you can get ece, mechanical, and civil in jalpaiguri government engineering college in round 3. you have a chance of getting electrical in the mop up or decentralised rounds.
