Yes you can apply with defence quouta because thiss quota is all over india every colleg has seats reserved for defence students you can take admission on that basis it isnt necessary to have west bengal domicile for taking admissions there in the collges 

counselling will start between july 12 to july 20. this is the tentative date. it will start from the second week of july. online choice filling at that duration of time only.admission will by the second week of august.

dear aspirant your rank is not good enough to get good government colleges. you may get government college of engineering textile technology,serampore, government college of engineering and ceramic tehnology. you have a less chance of getting jalpaiguri govenment engineering college in civil stream in the decentralised round.
