Yes, you can get IEM. IEM is also a good college & you can definitely get CSE branch or other branch. You can try for them. You can also try for Techno India University. This college is also a good college. So give your best. Be relax & stay

Yes! Harsh but true.
While taking admission in government colleges in West Bengal they ask for domicile certificate and without it you won't be given a seat irrespective of your performance. Other state students can only get seat in Semi-govt. or Private colleges.
