Your marks must be greater than 150 in wbjee for getting top government college if you belong from other state general category.

see score varies year to year. for core branch like electrical, mechanical, computer science, information technology, electronics and communication engineering you need to rank with in 250. so target for 160 out of 200 in wbjee. this is a secure score to get seats in JU.

             For general category, it is almost 160-170+ for CSE to score but for SC category you can get in 150+ if you able to score. Cutoffs for CSE are very high, so need to score high as well to get CSE
