As you are giving improvement exam you habe to give as appearing as your marks would be changed after improve ment exam then your marks card would show 2019.so you have to given it has appearing for 2019 then i would match there is no problem.

It would be tough to tell you the marks as the cutoff for admission at the University is relased in the form of Ranks. As per 2017 WBJEE cutoff rank to get admission in Jadavpur University was 153 Max. Closing rank General Category CSE branch.

According to me, Yes it is valid for wbjee lateral entry. You should have cleared your Diploma with 45% marks to be eligible.

IIT entrance will be most toughest one among others,because you've to give both jee exams like jee mains and jee advanced to take admission in iit.but the competition will be higher in AIIMS than jee exams.
