As per the eligibility for Pharmacy courses you must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology as compulsory subjects. You should have minimum 45% as a General category & 40% as OBC, SC, ST, PWD category. You can check the complete information about the programme with the given below link on Page No. 15.
