Hi dear,

           You should first take admission in some good college through WBJEE or 10+2 score. You can give improvement exams next year only for CBSE board even you are in studying in college. Improvement exam is private exam and you don't have to attend classes.

Sorry but there is no other way; if you have missed the registration of e-counselling then you can't apply in any other rounds of counselling. The only way out is you can get admission under MANAGEMENT QUOTA if your desired college has  a provision of it
