CONGRATULATIONS, with ths rank you have high chances of getting CSE in Jadavpur University BUT maybe you have to wait till the spot round.And yes if not JU probably you can go for IEM or KALYANI institute of tech with CSE.

With 11229 general category rank you would get government colleges like GOVT. of LEATHER tech. , COOCHBIHAR govt. college and many more.BUt you could get better private colleges like RCC INSTITUTE,HALDIA INSTITUTE,BP PODDAR INSTITUTE,NARULA INSTITUTE OF TECH and many more depending on which branch you opt for.

You have very less chance of getting any good govt. colleges out there.But you will surely get the private colleges given below with mech engg branch:-
Narula institute of tech.
Rcc institute of tech.
Haldia institute of tech
BP PODDAR institute.
and obviously the other private colleges like

IF your CRL rank is 3770 then you will surely get a good college.You would even get Jadavpur University .
BUT if your OBC RANK IS 3770,then there is no chance of getting any good govt.college .Its better to go for private university then.
