                With this rank you have very less chance of getting any good government college (except coochbihar govt. college,etc.), but probably you can get into a good private college like RCC INSTITUTE,NARULA INSTITUTE,etc,

        You won't get any good college with this rank.You have to go for any of the good private colleges out there like NARULA INSTITUTE,RCC INSTITUTE,BP PODDAR INSTITUTE AND many more.
