The work experience weightage with respect to the score is comparatively less so you need to first focus on securing good score. When it comes to work experience it will bore you benefit if it is in some relevant field such as Finance consulting agencies else it won't be much beneficial for you.

Your academic is below average and not good enough for you to get a call from institutions like IIMs.

Admission to IIMs is based on several factors like your CAT score,academic profile and extracurricular activities.

Since your academic profile is not that great,so try to score as high as 98 percentile or above in CAT. Then,there would be some chance for you to get a call from IIMs.

You have an average academics score and also you have 2 years job experience which is good. There are many colleges where you can get admission at 70 percentile in CAT,also there are students who get call from IIMs even at low percentile,it depends on sectional cut off of IIMs.
