Yes, ofcourse you can do MBA without work experience in foreign countries, but not all foreign countries accepts MBA without work experience.

Dear Ankit, there are 20 IIMs and more than 1000 Institutions that accept CAT score and each has its own selection process.Because CAT exam will be held at different slots, CAT scores will be normalised to ensure equivalence in the difficulty levels of the exams for both slots. IIM Kozikhode

Dear Shubham, there are 20 IIMS. And if you belong to SC Category, you will need to score atleast 60-75 percentile in CAT because each IIM has its own selection critera. Top IIMs like Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Indire, Lucknow etc will need a minimum of 75 percentile and new IIMs

As you are a bank employee, management studies will be useful for your career in future. But you can do any courses which you want. In foreign countries they require GRE, TOEFL, IELTS exams to check your language proficiency and knowledge. So prepare for those exams.
