Work experience
Hello Puneet,
Hope you are doing well.
Colleges like GIM, KJ Somaiya and Wellingkar Mumbai are very good for MBA/PGDM courses. With a good placement record and great infrastructure, they have been doing very well.
But, one must go for colleges of national importance like IIMs, XLRI, Symbiosis and IIFT after gaining a work experience of 3.5 years. With the work experience of 3.5 years, you have good chances of getting selected in these institutes. So, work little hard and try to make in these colleges.
All the best Puneet!
Thank-you

The program is designed for working professionals only where they will be able to complete their masters degree in management alongside their job. Your work experience will also help you in applying theoretical knowledge gained in your MBA degree. The MBA executive degree will add value to your resume and help you in getting higher managerial positions within the organisation you are working for.
So, getting a MBA Executive degree from Symbiosis will always a good option. I hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future.
Hi Student,
According to SNAP 2018, the marks to percentile score was such that an overall of 70 to 72 marks would fetch a percentile of about 97+ percentile. SIOM Nashik cutoff stands at around 85 percentile. Therefore you have a good chance of getting a call provided that you clear the sectional cutoffs. Last year the cutoffs were such QA- 20, VARC - 25, LR - 18 , GA - 8. However since the general awareness section has been removed from the SNAP 2020 you can expect a slightly higher cutoff in each section.
Hoping that you found this helpful. All the best for all your endeavours.
Hey there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that since you have done Masters in Management, so it is advisable for you to pursue MBA abroad if you want to settle there. But since you have mentioned that you do not have any work experience. So, it is suggested that you should gain some experience in your respective field. This will help in your admission abroad. Usually, top universities in UK and Canada require a minimum of 2 years work experience to pursue MBA as a degree abroad. You can look for other options too such as Project Management, Finance Management etc. I hope you found this answer helpful. Good Luck.
The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.Sc. (Pharmacology) degree is M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. and has secured at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) or B.V.Sc./ B.Pharm. or B.Sc. degree course (3 years) or Bachelor of Physiotherapy (4 1/2 years course) with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).
Hello there. Hope you are doing good. The cutoff for XIMB goes around 90 percentile every year. It could be high or low depending on the cutoff scores that varies every year. Since your score is near to 90 percentile and if you have a work experience that is worth considering for admission into MBA program. Then you can at least give it a try. You never know what will be the exact situation in the upcoming admission processes.
So, my suggest for you is to definitely give it a try.
I hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future.
