Though, having work experience would definitely help in your interview, and further ahead in your career, but it is definitely not compulsory.

Hope you are doing great ! 50% marks in Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Humanity . If the applicants has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, the course should be specialized in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks. Trained in-service teachers in elementary education..
So accordingly to above criteria ,you will be not eligible to take admission in bed ,please do your graduation first and then think of bed

YES, you can definitely crack CAT exam, if you have the ability and determination to do so. Your class 10th and 12th marks don't matter. Only matters is your determination and hard work in giving the CAT Examination.
To be eligible in CAT Exam : the candidate has to pass at least their Bachelor's degree with at least 50% (for General Category and for candidates from the NC-OBC caste) . For SC/ST and Differently Abled (DA) candidates, the percentage required is 45%.
Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) category candidates need 45% marks in graduation . Candidates in final year of Graduation are also eligible to apply for CAT 2021. Candidates who have completed professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA) with 45% marks.

Taking admission in IIM candidate should have to appear CAT MAT GMAT CMAT ,XAT like entrance tests. To Get top 5 IIMs in India candidate has to see your at least 99 percentile of marks in CAT MAT GMAT CMAT exams. Admission in in those top IIM that is IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow, IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Kolkata candidate must secure 99 percentile marks in Cat, MAT, GMAT, exam. The entrance tests is taken for IIM admission in pgdm or MBA courses. Marks in the graduation, of 12th class examination, class 10 examination is not the basic criteria for taking admission in Indian Institute of Management. Only the marks from CAT GMAT mat CMAT is the main criteria and the admission is done on the basis of merit only and personal interview.
some institutes like IIM Ahmedabad have some weight is an every year which can differs on 10 12th marks and on graduation marks as well.

It is not mandatory to gain work experience for appearing in any entrance test like CAT,MAT,CMAT XAT, for taking admission in MBA courses in IIMs and top B schools in India. If you want to take admission in the sponsored seat for MBA course then it is mandatory for the candidate of work experience in respective seat of MBA course. So if you want to take admission in MBA courses freshly then there is no need to gain work experience for the study of MBA course the only requirement is your result in undergraduate course and the qualifying marks in entrance test like CAT,MAT,GMAT,CMAT,XAT, Exam and in PI.
