I recently graduated from a Btech programme in ECE, its been over 7 months I was hoping if there is at all any opportunity for me to pursue MBA right now? or is it a mandate for me to have work experience?
Hello Student
It is not mandatory to gain work experience for appearing in any entrance test like CAT,MAT,CMAT XAT, for taking admission in MBA courses in IIMs and top B schools in India. If you want to take admission in the sponsored seat for MBA course then it is mandatory for the candidate of work experience in respective seat of MBA course. So if you want to take admission in MBA courses freshly then there is no need to gain work experience for the study of MBA course the only requirement is your result in undergraduate course and the qualifying marks in entrance test like CAT,MAT,GMAT,CMAT,XAT, Exam and in PI.
Hope this will help.

Hello Student
Appearing MBA examination gap appears is not a criteria. Gapopeers after graduation will not create any problem for appearing this examination. For taking admission in MBA in reputed colleges candidate has to appear for interested like CAT MAT GMAT XAT SNAP.NMAT, If you get in these entrance tests at least
99 percentile of marks then you will get top most be schools and IIMs which is 20 in number in India ,for taking admission in MBA course of your choice.
In general there and research problems if you want don't have any kinds of work experience but in that case your academic score should be good. But if you are Academy score is good and if you have a total 5 years of GAP then you make and face some difficulties during shortlisting. But obviously don't lose your hope if you have 5 years gap with any reason then all the sum I am can problem in that case but you easily can go for xat snap, nmis and all of those. i have 7.24 cgpa at b.tech,76.8% at H.Sc ,75.12 at secondary, and 4 year work experience at construction industry,is it good to get top mba colleges?
Dear aspirant,
It's a pretty average score and so you need to score very high percentile in cat to secure seat in colleges iim ahemdabad,Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore, Bangalore, kohzikode.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
I am a 8th semester student of btech computer science. I have a little bit confusion about the career opportunities after btech computer science. I am not much good in coding. So, after btech I should directly go for mba Or should I take 1 or more year of work experience then go for mba.
Hello Student
In due course of studying and learning computer science engineering coding subject has seemed to be hard for you to learn and use it in future. So you are trying to leave the profession of computer science engineering as there is some lack of coding subject and its use in practical field. Now you want to do MBA which may be done after your gaining some years work experience in this field .

Hello Aspirant ,
You have a good past academic score but you do not have work experience , for admission in top IIMs ( Ahmedabad . Bengaluru , Calcutta ) you will need more than 99.5 percent which translates to a cat score of around 105+9 according to past year scores ).
For IIM ( Indore , Lucknow , Kozhikode ) around 99 percentile is required which will be around 95+ CAT score.
