hi I want to pursue mba but I have five years of gap from graduation. I have no work experience in any private firm, but I was doing business. Would I get good colleges

Sohamsengupta8 31st May, 2022

Hello Student

Appearing MBA examination gap appears is not a criteria. Gapopeers after graduation will not create any problem for appearing this examination. For taking admission in MBA in reputed colleges candidate has to appear for interested like CAT MAT GMAT XAT SNAP.NMAT, If you get  in these entrance tests  at least

99 percentile of marks then you will get top most be schools and IIMs which is 20 in number in India ,for taking admission in MBA course of your choice.

In general there and research problems if you want don't have any kinds of work experience but in that case your academic score should be good. But if you are Academy score is good and if you have a total 5 years of GAP then you make and face some difficulties during shortlisting. But obviously don't lose your hope if you have 5 years gap with any reason then all the sum I am can problem in that case but you easily can go for xat snap, nmis and all of those. You simply can go through this link below to no more about those management examinations

i have 7.24 cgpa at b.tech,76.8% at H.Sc ,75.12 at secondary, and 4 year work experience at construction industry,is it good to get top mba colleges?

ayanmukherjee045 28th Mar, 2022

Dear aspirant,

It's a pretty average score and so you need to score very high percentile in cat to secure seat in colleges iim ahemdabad,Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore, Bangalore, kohzikode.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

piyush singh 14th Jan, 2022

Hello Aspirant ,

You have a good past academic score but you do not have work experience , for admission in top IIMs ( Ahmedabad . Bengaluru , Calcutta  ) you will need more than 99.5 percent which translates to a cat score of around 105+9 according to past year scores ).

For IIM ( Indore , Lucknow , Kozhikode  )  around 99 percentile is required which will be around 95+ CAT score.
