You have a good chance of getting Amrita without writing AEEE with this percentile but to increase your chances of getting CSE in Coimbatore campus it is better to get in via AEEE.

You are very much eligible for NATA (National Aptitude test in Architectural) if you pursuing your 12th standard from NIOS. NIOS is recognised board.
