The start of any class depends totally on the college you'll get. However, to give you an approximate the classes for MBA course usually start around July- August after receiving your result in January. You'll also receive your timetable and notice from the college you take admission in.

Your son is definitely eligible for agriculture because many agricultural colleges give admission to the candidates who took Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 12th. Also the students who has took Biology Physics and Chemistry are also eligible. Some colleges in South India need Biology Physics and Chemistry..eligibility criteria and admission process vary from college to college.

You should firstly look for private+ government universities, here you will have a benefit that you can take admission on your choice and in some colleges merit lists goes way down so you can easily get place.
If you want to go for central government universities then you need to apply and wait until results are out because government universities cut off goes very high.
According to my advice you should look for a college with private admissions and study pattern to be government based .

There is a section in your admit card of NEET examination jn which the particular exam center along with the city and timings are mentioned properly.
