I am not very clear with your question. Are you saying that you are not appearing in NEET exam 2021 because you are not so prepared and your 12th result is yet to come?  If this is not your question then do let me know your exact question

Yes you can appear for JEE Mains & Advanced next year irrespective of you write this year or not.

If you are in 12th class 2021 then

you can give JEE Mains in 2021,2022,2023

you can give JEE Advanced in 2021,2022.

Yes, you can write KCET exam but it is not necessary for B.Sc in Electronics and Communication. Only those candidates who are interested in courses like horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry/Sericulture/Biotechnology/community science they should appear for KCET Exam except them all other courses in B.Sc can be taken by the candidates without
