There might be some college which might give admission to you but those colleges will not be as good in faculty, infrastructure, placements etc. And it won't fetch you anything more than a namesake MBA degree. 

I would strongly recommend you to prepare the exam again or can apply for other exams, get a good score to get admission in a good colleges.

As you Know XAT is conducted by XLRI( Jamshedpur) but around 150 institutes are registered under XAT. As you have, you got 57.79 so on this basis you can apply for Fore School of Management, Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, and Fortune Institute. You can also check BIT Mesra ( Chances are bleak)

Welingkar, Mumbai Cut offs 2019 for admission to PGDM 201921 batch are not officially announced. However, going by the last year cut offs applied by Welingkar, it is expected that the cut offs would be similar. Only the candidates with the minimum cut-offs in the acceptable entrance exam will be considered for all the subsequent stages.h however till last year XAT cutoff was 80+ in welingkar
