Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University, Bhubaneswar
Hi Sahil,
As per the scores you have mentioned your profile seems decent enough for the colleges you have mentioned. What ultimately matters is your performance in the academic programme along with some extra-curricular activities and you can sail through easily. There are a lot of instances where students with excellent academics are unable to cope up the pressure whereas students having decent scores do better than them.
If you have left your job, you should probably take admission as too long a drop will raise questions over your candidature.
Hope this answers your question!
You need to score 96 percentile and above to get a call for BM and 94 percentile and above for HRM. Besides you also need to clear sectional cut-offs.
You can get XIMB only if you are a Orissa Domicile.
Marketing was the highest recruiting domain with 35 per cent of the batch accepting offers in this role. The top recruiters were from various sectors such as FMCG, Automobile, Telecom, Conglomerate, Manufacturing etc. Companies which extended offers to almost 35 per cent of the students were Nestle, Bajaj Auto, Tata Steel, UHG, Maruti Suzuki, Times Group, HSIL, Idea Cellular, BPCL, Vedanta.
The XIMB cut off is based on XAT/ CAT/ GMAT (minimum score 550).
Hi XIMB is a ssiter insitute if XLRI is a renowed top b school know for it quality education as well as placement record
However their cut off result date has nt been announced officially till yet
You can get into XaHR(Human Resource), Xavier School of Rural Management(RM), Xavier School of Sustainability Management(SM) only through your NMAT score. It doesn't consider NMAT score for for its flagship, Business Management(BM) course.
Although it wasn't declared officially, last year it was speculated that the cut off for the above mentioned programs were as follows:
190–200( For HRM)
150–170( For SM and RM course)
Note: 1. This cut-off is used just for shortlisting candidates. You still have to go through all other processes after shortlisting to get into respective schools.
2. It has only been one year. So do not rely completely on what happened a year back.
Hope that helps. Best Wishes!
