To take admission in MA in Mumbai University students may take admission through Entrance test or merit basis that is on the basis of marks obtained inthe qualifying examination.Student to take admission in any subjects ,has the qualifying marks in the subject related for MA of 2years . For admission in 2022-2023 session students should contact through online in the official website of Mumbai University. https://mu.ac.in

I have completed my 10th and 12th from savitribai phule University which is regular university and my bcom from ycmou which is yashwantrao chavan open university o can i get admission in regular college for 3 years law programme ? will i get admission on the basis of mhcet entrance exam?

Dear Aspirant,

The eligibility criteria for the 3 years LLB course are:

1. You must possess a graduate/postgraduate degree from any recognized university in India or Abroad.

2. You must have secured a minimum percentage of 45% marks in the qualifying examination (40% for SC/ST Category, 42% for OBC)

If you fit in these criteria, you are eligible to apply for 3 Year LLB Course in any college across India.

Yes, definitely! The only criterion for the Common Admission Test or CAT is that you should be a graduate, and since you have completed your Bachelor of Commerce or BCom, then you are fully eligible to appear for the same. However, it is a totally different matter that when you dive deep into it, you will find that they have other requirements like marks in graduation, Xth, XIIth and so on.

So, with regard of you're query. Yes, after receiving a BA from YMCOU, you are qualified to sit for the NET SET exam. You must have at least a 55 percent master's degree completion rate (for General candidates, this must be at least 55 percent; for OBC/SC/ST/PWD candidates, this must be at least 50 percent) and be at least the minimum age requirement, which is 28 years for General candidates and 33 years for OBC/SC/ST/PWD candidates. then you can attempt NET examination.

if I complete my bca through ycmou (open university) can i get admission in NITS for MCA, I will eligible for nimcet exam?

Hey aspirant

Eligibility criteria for NIMCET is graduation in science /IT/CA/engineering with 60% mark. As ycmou is a recognized university definitely you could apply for MCA. This college also have affiliation from university grands commission .So you could apply for NIMCET.

hi myself Narasimha I did my graduation in Bsc (electronics technology ) the core subjects are Electronics, Electronics technology and Computer Science and in the first and third semester I had a mathematics paper. am I eligible for NIMCET?

Hello,

NIMCET is an entrance examination for admission to MCA course in the 10 participating NITs. The Education Qualification required to be eligible for NIMCET is that a candidate must have passed B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects or B.E./ B.Tech from a recognized University. Candidate belonging to general/OBC category must have scored minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale. Candidate belonging to SC/ST category must have scored minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale.

Considering the education qualification requirement you are eligible to apply for NIMCET as you have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in B,Sc (Electronics Technology). You must have scored the required marks as well as mentioned above.

Now Im doing distance BA from YCMOU and want to go for regular MBA. My friend told me that you have a distance bachelor degree (not regular), thats why you dont get good job, companies gives good job to only regular degree holders then what can I do?

There are several companies which recruit the candidates who have completed Bachelor's Degree in Distance mode and there are companies which accepts the candidates who have completed Bachelors Degree in Regular mode only. So if you do not wish to enroll in Bachelors Degree in regular mode you need to apply for the jobs which accepts graduates who have completed Bachelors Degree in Distance mode. Each company specifies the requirements, essential qualification kindly check it before and apply if you fulfill the eligibility requirements.
