Yes, YCMOU BCA students are also eligible for writing UPSC EXAM. You can also give SSC exam. For the IAS, IFS & IPS, a candidate must be a citizen of India.

The YCMOU (fifth open college in India) has been perceived under area 12 (B) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. According to the eligibility criteria of M.Sc in Biotechnology, you need to pass 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent with minimum aggregate score of 50% in the BSc degree course or equivalent. You must be in the age of 17 to 21 years.

The admission to Nagpur University affiliated colleges is through merit. For admission, you need to visit the official website and register for application form.
