If we see the previous year cut offs, then yes you can expect a seat in BHU. Although the cut off for general category was around 90 but still cut offs vary every year.

Wait for BHU to release the cut offs for this year. The admissions depends a lot on your scores. Cut offs vary from year to year. Till then check previous year cut offs, you can have a rough idea with that.
